Now Hiring - Branch Manager/Outside Sales Representative in Madison, AL

Since 2004, RCP has been a leading distributer of high-quality construction products for the drywall professional in Atlanta, Georgia and now Huntsville, Alabama. Our commitment to quality and customer service is unmatched. Renaissance Construction Products is searching for a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative who can support our current customers and help promote new business in the Huntsville and surrounding areas of Alabama. The person who fills this role will need to be self driven with excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business

- Develop, build, sustain customer relationships and ensure satisfaction

- Assist customer with product knowledge and inquires

- Make sales calls on commercial jobsites

- Possess problem solving skills to help customers find product they are looking for

- Other duties, as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Degree is preferred (Although industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

- 2-3 years work experience in construction sales

- Experience in outside sales is a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
